Empowering Minds. Embracing Healing. Changing the Narrative.
Welcome to our practice — a space built on compassion, resilience, and representation. Founded and led by an African American female mental health therapist, we are a small but mighty practice dedicated to serving underrepresented and underserved communities with culturally affirming mental health care.
Our mission is simple: to normalize mental wellness, challenge stigma, and provide access to quality therapy for those who have too often been overlooked. We understand that in many communities of color, mental health is rarely talked about — and when it is, it’s often misunderstood or dismissed. We're here to change that.
At the heart of our work is a commitment to breaking generational cycles, offering a safe space for healing, and empowering individuals and families to reclaim their stories. We serve clients of all backgrounds, with a special focus on BIPOC populations, women, youth, and anyone navigating the complexities of identity, trauma, or systemic injustice.
Janae Bell (she/her) is a Florida-based African-American Social Worker. She is a Florida-native and US Navy veteran. Janae specializes in marriage, family and individual counseling. She takes pride in bringing mental awareness to under-priviledge, under-represented and disenfranchised communities. Janae tailors her approach to each client, developing and nurturing balanced and organic therapeutic relationships. When Janae is not working with clients, you will find her creating memories with her loved ones and laughing.
