Each module includes education, action steps, worksheets, and implementation tasks to ensure participants are building a solid foundation for long-term success.

Designed for established private practice owners, this personalized coaching program provides strategic guidance to help strengthen operations, increase efficiency, and support sustainable growth. Through three individual coaching sessions, we'll review your current business practices, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop customized strategies to enhance your systems, marketing, client acquisition, and overall business performance. You'll receive actionable recommendations and practical tools to help your practice grow ethically, efficiently, and with long-term success in mind.

Strengthen your practice with comprehensive clinical and administrative support. This service includes a thorough audit of your clinical documentation, client consent forms, and practice policies to help identify gaps and promote compliance with ethical, professional, and payer standards. In addition, you'll receive hands-on credentialing support, including preparation and submission of applications to at least two insurance panels, guidance through the enrollment process, and ongoing assistance to help establish your participation with insurance networks.

Receive ongoing guidance and accountability with our comprehensive 12-month coaching program designed to support the growth and sustainability of your private practice. The program includes one personalized coaching session each month to review your practice operations, address challenges, and implement strategic improvements. You'll also receive clinical documentation reviews, feedback to strengthen compliance and quality, limited claims support for billing questions and claim-related issues, and full access to the 90-Day Private Practice Start-Up Program. This coaching experience provides continued mentorship, practical resources, and ethical, professionally driven strategies to help you build and maintain a successful private practice.

Navigate the insurance credentialing process with confidence. We provide comprehensive credentialing support for individual providers and group practices, managing every step from application preparation to payer follow-up. Our services include CAQH profile setup and maintenance, NPI verification, document collection, insurance panel applications, status tracking, and ongoing communication throughout the enrollment process. Our goal is to simplify credentialing, reduce administrative burden, and help you become in-network with your selected insurance plans as efficiently as possible.
